We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead digital transformation by designing and delivering Salesforce solutions that align with client goals. You’ll define the strategy, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive integration and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture and multi-cloud implementation (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of system integration, data modeling, and security practices.
  • Ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience mentoring and guiding development teams on best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of Salesforce technologies, with a commitment to staying current with new features and innovations.

Your profile looks like this

  • Experience in Salesforce solution architecture, including multi-cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations, data modeling, and security protocols.
  • Ability to design scalable, efficient solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects from design to delivery for at least 5 years
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.
  • A deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Experience in identifying and managing technical risks, ensuring compliance, and implementing security best practices.
  • A problem-solving attitude, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Capability to develop a change/communication strategy.
  • like to work in teams, but can also work independently and proactively
  • Dutch & English speaking. French is a plus!
  • Willingness to travel regularly to various locations in Belgium

Salesforce Solution Architect

  • Strong Salesforce Knowledge in various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc)
  • Guide digital transformation by designing and delivering Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Define the "why and how" of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they drive business value, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, advocating for best practices and seamless system integration.
  • Play a key role in shaping clients' digital landscapes by delivering innovative, impactful Salesforce solutions.
