As an AWS / Amazon Connect Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and delivering cloud-native contact center solutions that power customer interactions for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Who are you?

You are a developer with strong cloud skills and a passion for building contact center solutions:

  • Proven experience with Amazon Connect and AWS development (Lambda, integrations, APIs)
  • Comfortable with serverless architectures and event-driven design
  • Experience with integrating AWS services with external systems (e.g., CRM, telephony, data platforms)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex requirements into reliable solutions
  • Collaborative attitude — you work well with architects, developers and client stakeholders
  • You enjoy taking ownership of your work and driving solutions forward

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Knowledge of other AWS services (e.g., SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
  • Experience with automation

Amazon Connect / AWS Developer

  • Design, build and configure Amazon Connect contact flows and features
  • Develop AWS Lambda functions and serverless integrations that connect contact center platforms with Salesforce and other systems
  • Work with APIs, event-driven architectures and AWS services to enable scalable, reliable solutions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects and functional analysts to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journeys
  • Participate in technical design discussions and help shape best practices around cloud contact center solutions
  • Troubleshoot, optimize and evolve existing contact center implementations
