Community Manager

Customer Link builds CRM systems for a wide range of organizations. We are continuously looking for passionate, dedicated, and talented people to join our experienced team and help us reach our goals.

Our new community manager colleague is someone who

  • Can work in a structured and organized manner with a smooth, open personality
  • Can support the onboarding process and enthusiastically welcome new colleagues
  • Wants to become the go-to person for general HR questions and office management
  • Provides support and follow-up on POs, purchase orders and annual contract renewals.
  • Organize events with the sales and marketing team and take full ownership of the practical organization.
  • Booking customer appointments at external locations, preparing the meeting rooms at the office, etc.
  • Assist with partner management: oversee license management and invoicing
  • Help lay out documentation in Office 365, such as CVs, generic files, contracts, etc.
  • Likes to think about thank-you gifts, gifts for customers, gadgets for employer branding and marketing, etc. and enjoys initiating and following this up.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2-3 years of work experience
  • Let's get things done mentality
  • An independent mindset, without fear of taking the bull by the horns
  • Really cares about helping colleagues, customers and partners the right way and is keen to follow this up
  • Dutch-speaking, English-speaking is a plus!
  • Experience in office management is not a must
